Patio Covers
Patio covers come in three different styles. All of which are fully engineered to conform to the international building codes and offer a wide range of applications and uses.
Screen Enclosures
We can provide lineal in lengths of your choice or pre-cut / pre-fab your wall systems in our shop.
All screen enclosures can be adapted with any one of our patio cover/roof systems.
Glass Enclosures
Sunroom wall sections are prefabricated to your specifications with windows installed prior to shipping. The entire perimeter is shipped to you including the corners, top and bottom channel, and any filler panels that may be required. The Naturescape Sunroom comes in 2” non thermal wall or a 3” thermally broken wall system.

Elite Sunrooms
In 2001 F & M Designs became a Distributor for Elite Aluminum Corporation line of products. The Elite products include the insulated roof panel system, the Naturescape and Elite 2000 Sunrooms, as well as the Elite 2000 screen enclosures. (See Patio Covers, Glass Enclosures, and Screen Enclosures)
